Who we are
Marckyrl Pharma is a young and innovative pharmaceutical company founded in early 2013. The company is located in the charming little town of Papenburg on the Ems, known for its famous shipyard.
How it all began
In September 2013, Marckyrl Pharma launched the medical device Biguanelle®. In June 2014, a dietary supplement based on myo-inositol was launched under the name INOFOLIC®. Later that year, two drugs, Prolutex® and Triptofem® were added to our portfolio.
Our products
In early 2019, INOFOLIC PREMIUM® became part of our portfolio. In 2019, we also launched a new prescription drug XERALID®. This is our first "orphan drug product", i.e. it is approved for rare diseases. We are pleased to start 2020 with our new dietary supplement Emogut® Forte - a preparation fortified with iron to combat fatigue and exhaustion.
In the spring of 2021, e plan to launch Tirosint®, a prescription drug indicated for hypothyroidism.
Distribution
Marckyrl Pharma focuses mainly on the distribution of its products in Germany. All products in our current portfolio are in-licensed products from European pharmaceutical manufacturers. Distribution rights for other products have already been acquired. arckyrl Pharma is in the process of marketing individual products in other European countries.
Affiliations
Marckyrl Pharma has a sister company in Vienna, KARMED GMBH, which focuses on the development and out-licensing of generic products for special indications.
Our vision
In the beginning, was the thought, an idea: to found a pharmaceutical company. As the idea evolved and became more focused, challenging questions surfaced that demanded clear answers. Thus, once the idea matured in terms of content, we decided to turn our idea into reality, and Marckyrl Pharma was formed and today, it is firmly established on the market.
